1. Service-Based Nature

As we provide digital services (not physical products), returns are not applicable. However, refunds may be considered in certain cases described below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed in the initial scope.
  • The project was canceled before significant work was started.
  • There are valid reasons proving dissatisfaction even after revisions (as per our agreement).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The project has already been completed and delivered.
  • Delays are caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing content, or incomplete requirements).
  • The client changes project requirements after the work has already started.
  • Third-party service costs (such as hosting, domains, or ad spend) are involved.

4. Revision Policy

We believe in client satisfaction and therefore provide revisions to ensure the final delivery meets your expectations. Refund requests should be considered only if revisions do not resolve the issue.
