1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing crescentdigitals.online or engaging Crescent Digitals for website development, Google Business Profile optimization, CRM implementation, or AI telephony services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services & Monthly Subscriptions

Crescent Digitals provides software-as-a-service (Crescent OS) and done-for-you technical implementation services. Subscriptions operate on a month-to-month basis unless a separate enterprise contract is signed.

Clients may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their monthly software subscriptions at any time prior to the next scheduled billing cycle. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.

3. Third-Party Costs & Ad Spend

Unless explicitly stated in writing, client subscriptions do not include third-party advertising spend (e.g. paid Google Ads or Meta Ads budgets paid directly to ad networks) or direct telephony carrier usage charges (e.g. Twilio per-minute audio consumption or A2P SMS carrier registration fees).

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Upon full payment of custom design and implementation fees, clients retain full ownership of their custom website design, domain name, and customer database. Crescent Digitals retains proprietary rights to its proprietary automation templates, pre-trained AI prompt frameworks, and core system architectures.

5. Limitation of Liability

Crescent Digitals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party telecommunication outages, search engine algorithm changes, or client misuse of automated messaging systems.
