The Challenge
During peak seasons, the HVAC contractor's dispatchers were overwhelmed. Emergency calls were slipping through the cracks, and technicians were spending too much time on paperwork instead of servicing units. Review generation was virtually non-existent.
The Solution
We built a centralized Business Operating System that automated appointment scheduling and dispatching. We introduced an AI Voice Assistant to handle overflow calls and implemented an automated SMS review request system that triggers immediately after a job is marked complete.
