    API (Application Programming Interface)

    A set of protocols and tools that allows different software applications to communicate with each other. APIs enable your CRM to connect with your website, payment processor, or other business tools seamlessly.

    Artificial Intelligence (AI)

    Automation Node

    CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

    Chatbot

    A software application used to conduct an on-line chat conversation via text or text-to-speech, in lieu of providing direct contact with a live human agent. Modern chatbots use AI to understand context and intent.

    Data Migration

    The process of transferring data between data storage systems, data formats, or computer systems. Often required when a business upgrades to a new CRM or business operating system.

    LLM (Large Language Model)

    A type of artificial intelligence algorithm that uses deep learning techniques and massively large data sets to understand, summarize, generate and predict new content. LLMs power modern AI chatbots and voice agents.

    Machine Learning (ML)

    A subset of artificial intelligence that focuses on building systems that learn—or improve performance—based on the data they consume. It enables systems to automatically learn and improve from experience.

    Natural Language Processing (NLP)

    A branch of artificial intelligence that helps computers understand, interpret and manipulate human language. NLP is what allows AI voice agents to understand what a customer is saying on a phone call.

    Omnichannel

    A cross-channel content strategy that organizations use to improve their user experience and drive better relationships with their audience across points of contact, ensuring a seamless experience whether the customer is interacting via SMS, email, or web.

    Predictive Analytics

    The use of data, statistical algorithms, and machine learning techniques to identify the likelihood of future outcomes based on historical data. Used to forecast sales, customer churn, and inventory needs.

    SaaS (Software as a Service)

    The design, execution, and automation of processes based on business rules where human tasks, data, or files are routed between people or systems based on pre-defined business rules.
